WHEN WILL BE MY ORDER PROCESSED ?
For items made to order, the process time is noted in the item's description.
All other orders are processed within 1-3 working days.
Please note that the following information is indicative. We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

EUROPEAN UNION : 3-7 Working days
REST OF THE WORLD : 5-10 Working days

TRACK YOUR PARCELS
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order to confirm it. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email to track down your package. If you have not received any email, please check your spam email folder or contact our team.
We are not responsible for parcels not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items undelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a reshipping fee.
All products sold on this website are free of VAT. International orders (outside EU) are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duties, or taxes. These funds are set by your home country as per import/export regulations and charged by the carrier. We are not responsible for any of these duties, taxes, or other fees.
If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties otherwise payable, the parcel’s refund will not include the shipping and return costs.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days after the item is received.
Made-to-measure items can't be returned and or not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT OR AN ORDER ?
To return one or more items from an order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return approval. Please indicate your order number in your email.
We do not provide a return label. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the items. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.
All items must be unworn, with packaging intact to be eligible for return.
Please make sure to return the items into a solid carton box to not damage the original packaging as it is considered part of the product. Items returned or exchanged without prior notification or original packaging will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for KRADEAU items purchased from other retailers.
Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
In the unfortunate case that a piece shows a default or is damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days following the reception of your order at email@example.com.
Your email should include a picture of the faulty or damaged piece.
We will collect the faulty or damaged piece and issue a refund or exchange.
